LIFE MOVING TOO FAST?
Time to go Slow for a Mo' at

When it becomes more than just a walk in the park…

Along the trail there are seven Rejuvenation Stations where you’ll be guided through a series of short sensory exercises that will help you slow down, connect and relax.

The trail has been designed so you can experience the full range of what the Garden has to offer. Starting with the succulent and bush tucker collections, you’ll stroll through the cool canopy of the rainforest before taking time to pause in the tranquility of the creek. At the Duck Pond you’ll enjoy getting acquainted with some feathered friends before stopping to smell the roses.

You can complete all the exercises for a deeper experience or just your favourites for a quick refresh and restore.
