Get your healthy dose of nature at Victoria Park/ Barrambin. It’s proven, it’s easy and it’s free!

Go Slow for a Mo’ at Barrambin/Victoria Park has four Rejuvenation Zones made up of short sensory activities known to improve your wellbeing. This Nature Wellness program is dedicated to supporting your physical and mental health. It has been designed to provide meaningful moments in nature to make you healthier and happier. You can choose to do just one exercise or all the exercises in each zone, it’s completely up to you.

Scan the QR codes at each Rejuvenation Zone to access easy to follow audio instructions and to track changes in your overall wellbeing.

Getting there

Bus

Victoria Park is well-serviced by buses via the Inner Northern Busway.  Nearest stops are Herston and Kelvin Grove.  Visit the Translink website for more information.

Walking and cycling

The park also has a range of walking and bike paths from the northside and the city.

Parking

Parking is available onsite via the entrance at Herston Road.  On-street parking is also available along Herston Road, Gilchrist Avenue and Gregory Terrace.
