Noticing nature can cause feelings of awe, wonder and soft fascination.

Step 1: Take a breath and relax.  

Step 2: Wander at half your usual speed amongst these trees.

Step 3: Each tree is like an art piece, notice textures, colours, scratches.

Step 4: At first glance the trees all look the same, a closer look reveals many differences

Step 5: As you slowly wander look, listen, and feel.

Find the hidden hollows. Who might live in them?
