LIFE MOVING TOO FAST?
Time to Go Slow for a Mo' at Cooper Park

When it becomes more than just a walk in the park…

The Cooper Park Nature Wellness Trail has been designed to help connect the community to the beautiful bushland gully in Cooper Park and provide a rejuvenating experience that refreshes mood, energy and focus.

Simply scan the QR code at the welcome sign to download your free NatureFix app that guides you through self-guided audios located along the walking track. Signs and audio at six rejuvenation stations through the centre of the park guide individuals through a series of outdoor activities designed to help them slow down, connect, relax and reflect.

A selection of activities have also been installed at the viewing platform that can be accessed via the loop track starting at the Moon Bridge; providing a different kind of experience!

“Very soothing, birds a chirping, cicadas are singing and so many butterflies. It’s amazing to stop and see how big and beautiful the trees are in Cooper Park. Great initiative, thanks Woollarha Council.”
